The Suwałki Gap would become a UN run neutral zone. The UN would grantee the land route (by road and\or rail) between Kaliningrad Oblast and Belorussia by both the rest of Russia and Belorussia to use as often as they like and whenever they want.

The UN would grantee the sea routes between: Helsinki - Tallinn, Tallinn - Stockholm, Paldiski - Kapellskär, Riga - Stockholm, Riga - Norrköping, Riga - Oxelösund, Gavle - Riga, Ventspils - Nynäshamn, Helsingborg - Klaipeda Klaipeda - Karlshamn, Klaipeda - Trelleborg and Klaipeda - Karlshamn and Hamburg- Klaipeda, Liepāja-Travemünde, for Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden, Finland and Germany to use as often as they like and whenever they want.

Russia should have tried making friends with the world and it could have been great. If Russia can be friends with Belorussia, China, Azerbaijan and N. Korea, why not more? An economic and scientific superpower (like China) dose not need an empire or to attack it's neighbours in 2022. All the war with Ukraine did was turn the world against Russia. While ethnic Russian areas can claim the right to join Russia, but a new USSR or Russian Empire is impossible and unwanted. Uzbekistan, Lithuania and Finland don't want to become the same as or becoming run by Russia. Uzbekistan, Lithuania and Finland want to run there own affairs! Finland is a wealthy democracy and is both economically and politically incompatible with Russia. A new USSR or Russian Empire is impossible and unwanted!
