Addendum to the treaty[]
It would also be a good thing if-
- No offensive weapons or test platforms for them were put in to outer space (like the Russian Cosmos 2553 satellite, the American 'Rods from God' idea and American Strategic Defence Initiative plan).
- China stopped cutting the communication cables and pipelines in the Baltic sea.
- China stopped hacking the Ukrainian internet and the computers using it.
- President Putin is looking rather unwell recently and should retire soon in favour of a new Russian leader. He can live in his holiday dacha and stay out of politics since he's too old for it now.
- Ukraine never gets atomic weapons untill peace is singed with Russia, but can do so afterwards.
- International observers from the UN would enforce this treaty.
A plan on reducing nuclear weapons?!
- It was once reckoned in 1947 that it would take about 100 Hiroshima/Nagasaki yield level nukes that were either used simultaneously or in quick succession could destroy civilisation if not wipe out humanity across the planet. Such a nuke-fest and atomic holocaust must never happen or humanity may be totally wiped out across the northern hemisphere. As a result, no nation will have over 250 nukes with a total yield of 5.25Mt and an individual yield of 21kt (the 1945 Nagasaki bomb had a yield of 21kt) atomic holocaust
- All mobile land based ICBMs and submarine based SLBMs are to be banned. Only immobile missile silos with ICBMs inside them and bomber aircraft with free fall gravity bombs will remain use.
- Cruise missiles will have a maximum range of 200 miles.
- MREV warheads would be banned. 1 missile = 1 nuke and/or 1 decoy; no more, no less!
- Nukes are never, ever, to be put in to hypersonic weapons what so ever!!!
- Hypersonic missiles will have a maximum range of 200 miles.
- Due to the Russo-Ukrainian war of the 2020s, Ukraine can develop atomic arms after the war is concluded under the above restrictions unless Russia gives them up or stops treating Ukraine by other means.
- International observers from the UN would enforce this treaty.
