Chiang Kai-shek
(born October 31, 1887 in Xikou, died April 5, 1975 in Taipei) - Chinese
politician and military leader of the Kuomintang for many years after
the death of Sun Jat-sen in 1925. From 1928, as
the generalissimus, the actual leader of the Republic of China, in
