Definition[]

A secret police force is an covert organisation that illegally enforces extra-judicial laws or uses laws which require them to remove inalienable human rights for repressive reasons, like killing a rival party's voters during an election and the assassinating dissidents.

It dose not cover regular police on the beat, traffic cops, the counter-narcotics beauro, undercover detective work, homeland security forces, inland revenue staff, military police, secret overseas agents, customs and excise staff, saboteurs, agent-provocateurs, spies and/or intelligence agency's work.
