The strict and precise observance by all employers and employees of the order and rules established by laws and corporate regulations to cause reasonable initiative, zeal, bravery, entrepreneurship, orderliness and distinction in service during a combat situation.
All though all firms have corporate discipline, its nature varies in different armies depending on the social structure and type of regime of the state practicing it. Formal punishments like extra duties and loss of leave time, jail, humiliation in front of others, being kicked out of the firm, loss of pay, fines, mide games are used to hold discipline.
