Emese Misley (March 25, 1943 Miskolc- October 26, 1956 Miskolc) Miskolc student: during the revolution of 1956 she was the youngest victim of the city.
Born in 1943 the child of Zoltán Misley and Aranka Várady. She was thirteen and went to elementary school in Malinovsky Road - Kálmán Kálmán Nagy's Great Way. On going home from school she was shot in the head and heart. She was buried in the cemetery of the Desert Church. There is a plaque on a downtown Munkácsy u. House side 1, labelled: Emley Misley, lived for 13 years. In memory of the youngest victim of volley on October 26, 1956. The local government of the county town of Miskolc set it up in 2016. The board replaced a previous table placed by the Christian National Union. Placing a wreath on the plaque is part of the 1956 commemoration every year.
