The plan[]

UK strategists tried to guess Soviets' nuking plans between 1972 and 1984. It was assumed by them that the USSR had the same type of nuking policy as the UK, with a damage ranges of 50% to 90%. It was assumed that the Soviets would be hitting the same types targets as the UK would hit with similar types of atomic warheads to what NATO had.
