No official list is published, but some states like Myanmar have been slammed as hyper racist for committing genocide and ethnic cleansing. The USA has been slammed for driving Blacks in to poverty and crime. Israel and Palestine have been begged repeatedly not to kill each other. Bahrain has been slammed for treating migrant labourers from South Asia like slaves. Turkey has been criticized for it's generally poor attitude towards it's Kurdish minority. Libya for treating Black immigrants like shit. India and Pakistan have been begged repeatedly not to persecute each others' religious minority in their land. India has also been slammed for persecuting Tamils and Bangladeshis a systematic level. The UN fears that Whites and Blacks are moving to a overt race war in the USA and UK  The UK, Poland, Hungary, France, Russia, China, Germany and the USA were feared to be slipping in to a covert persecution of non-radicalized Muslims.
