The Union of the Baltic Cities or UBC (AKA- Alliance of Baltic Cities or ABC) is a voluntary alliance among 100 member cities to promote democratic, economic, social, cultural, localised implementation of the EU Strategy and environmentally sustainable development across the Baltic Sea Region.
