United Nations Security Council Resolution 250, adopted unanimously on April 27, 1968, concerned issues in Jerusalem. It warned Israel against holding a (military) Independence Day Parade in Jerusalem, Israel's proclaimed capital since it would increase anger among Arabs and helped aggravate the Arab–Israeli conflict.
